The app is easy to use and has a great aesthetic. Good work, developers! I’m here to whine about the expiring gifts/VG offers. I’m not wealthy enough nor am I close enough to eat at veggie grill as often as they presume. The offers all expire within a week or two. At the most, I could make it to Pasadena (if I planned it out in advance) once a month. I’d prefer that they don’t give me a birthday offer if it’s just going to expire. It feels like a waste. A birthday gift that expires? Lame. The offers remind me very quickly that they’re going to expire, as a ploy to rush me over to VG! Which is cool but, let’s imagine, I get hungry and think about eating at VG for lunch! I think... “well cool, I have that offer they sent... hey, babe are you hungry for VG? Yeah? Okay, well it’s gonna take about 25 minutes to get to the closest one, alright? No? You’d rather eat somewhere nearer to us? But I have a coupon for $5 off... $5 off of the usual $38 we spend there! Nah, let’s just go to One Veg World, it’s 5 minutes away and about the same price WITHOUT an offer...” My point is, the expiring offers only serve to annoy me. Just let me keep them and use them when I can. The End😂 -PS, I love your food! It’s amazing!

There is no way to log into this app on any device other than the one you originally logged into there is no retreat password function. No is this a new phone but nothing you’re just stuck locked out of the app forever because you decided to get a new phone. Unless you change your phone number which is absolutely absurd the app developers really overlook the very basic idea people are going to want to download this app on more than one device.

There is no way to log into this app on any device other than the one you originally logged into there is no retreat password function. No is this a new phone but nothing you’re just stuck locked out of the app forever because you decided to get a new phone. Unless you change your phone number which is absolutely absurd the app developers really overlook the very basic idea people are going to want to download this app on more than one device.

The app works fine but ordering has some issues. The menu layout is weird and hard to scan easily. I constantly miss the item I want to order and I never remember which category it’s in. Second, you can’t redeem offers through online pick up orders, which I think it ridiculous. Delivery I can’t understand. But why do I have to wait in line just to redeem a reward? Seems like an easy fix. Last, you can’t request extra sauce. The location I go to fills up the sauce cups half way, and it isn’t nearly the amount you’d get if you got the order to stay. It’s an annoying oversight that this isn’t an option. Overall, a few fixes would make it comparable to other food ordering apps, but right now it’s really behind the times.

Trying to write a review!
I’m a veggie grill cashier, and the app works pretty well! There was a recent update that was a little funky, though...the app now opens to the ordering page, which confuses a lot of guests (they have trouble finding the page to earn their points), and I sometimes have a difficult time helping them due to how they’re holding the phone, hearing difficulties, etc. This confusion can cause anxiety and frustration for the guests, particularly during busy hours. Having the app open to the rewards page makes for a more streamlined and pleasant in-store ordering process for the guests, so if there is to be another update, I would recommend having it open to the rewards page. :)
