Update: they did add a spot where you can see your holds now. The app is still difficult to navigate compared to the old one. I also now have to answer a security question every single time I log in, even if I had JUST logged in and accidentally closed the app. I also hate that they got rid of Face ID as well. The old app wasn’t great but this one is even worse! I absolutely HATE that there’s no button to ACTUALLY view what holds you have. It’ll tell you there’s holds but I have yet to find a way to view them, without logging into the website on a browser.
The new update is horrendous!!

Prior to this latest release the app wasn’t the greatest but it worked good and now it’s just terrible! I have never seen an app go so far backwards in my years of using apps - whoever thought this was a good idea needs to loose their job!! Please just go back to previous version.
