I am very happy with these cameras. Great picture and signal range. I have had it hooked up for over a year now with no issues. Farthest camera from NVR is appx 50 feet going through 4 walls and I get great reception. Only 2 issues: I wish that the view from the cameras was a little bit wider, and when the system resets due to power outage, the beep it makes is so loud that it will startle you out of your sleep. Other than those issues, set up was flawless, I haven’t had them disconnect on me, the app works flawlessly every time. Overall very pleased and would highly recommend. I have the 8 channel NVR and am going to add 4 more cameras as soon as I am able to order them. Again, great system and extremely happy with it.

I'm giving this a new 2 star review because over the years I have suggested again and again that they need to add a single button on each camera view to trigger individual alarms and lights and yet no matter how many times they say it's a great idea and it should be done it never gets added. You also still can't double tap on individual cameras when playing them all live which I have also mentioned. This shows me they don't care and like having a bad app. The camera quality is great but they need serious work done on the app to make it faster. It freezes up on playback all the time and it takes forever to load the camera it alerts you that something is happening on so you end up missing whatever it is. Don't even get me started on their main NVR operating system and the god awful not user friendly mess that piece of garbage is. They need ton take a queue from Lorex. Zosi could easily dominate the market for budget systems if they just listened to customers. There is too much nessesary stuff in the app that just makes it confusing. Simplify it and add the features people actually need.

I have the 8 camera system, 7 work perfectly,1 has a very slight flutter. In fairness, the camera cable may have been slightly damaged during installation. My 3 issues with the system is the app is very slow to update to real time, the camera cables are not up protected, so you must run them though conduit where they are exposed to direct sunlight. Lastly, I want to add an 2 way intercom. I e-mailed the company regarding this but never received a response. Conversely, when I was setting the system up, I had a difficult time understanding the instructions provided with the system, so I emailed the company and received clear instructions very expeditiously! Very fast and answered all my installation questions! I don’t know why I never heard from them concerning the intercom! All in all, I’m happy with the purchase! I’ve had it up and running for 3 months, and have had no issues!

The latest update 2 weeks ago kicked me off my app. I went in to view a specific camera on my nvr system that I have had on the app for a year or so now and it told me to enter password. When I did I got the error that the password was incorrect. I also had to have my password on my NVR reset (possibly multiple storms and power outage causing system issues). I was unable to sign into my NVR to make some adjustments. I have been trying to work with ZOSI customer care but the time difference between EST and Beijing time is so large it has made it almost impossible to fix this issue in a short period of time. (At this point with the issues I have been having I am going on almost 48 hours of trying to communicate back and forth). I am ready to take the loss of the money I have invested and go with a whole different system because I am so frustrated at this point. I am ready to rip this system out and throw it away!
