I am very happy with these cameras. Great picture and signal range. I have had it hooked up for over a year now with no issues. Farthest camera from NVR is appx 50 feet going through 4 walls and I get great reception. Only 2 issues: I wish that the view from the cameras was a little bit wider, and when the system resets due to power outage, the beep it makes is so loud that it will startle you out of your sleep. Other than those issues, set up was flawless, I haven’t had them disconnect on me, the app works flawlessly every time. Overall very pleased and would highly recommend. I have the 8 channel NVR and am going to add 4 more cameras as soon as I am able to order them. Again, great system and extremely happy with it.

This app has had issues since we first bought Zosi cameras. We kept hoping the app would be improved but it’s been years now and it’s still the same problems. The images never refresh themselves unless I click on the camera view of every single camera I want to view remotely. We have to turn off all alerts or we will get one every single second for screen change, the wind blows, etc. it’s very annoying and having to turn it off means we will get no alerts if someone is snooping around our house. This is a problem. This morning after playing back video from one of the cameras, I saved a clip then I clicked on Media to save the clip to my phone. Well, it said it was saving, but it stalled and buffered in saving mode. I tried to click on it, but it would not click off, so I go into my photos to see if it saved it, And it had saved 298 of the same video and was continuing to save more!! so I go back into the app to try to close it out and still it would not let me! It continues to save until it saved 928 of the same video in my photos!!! I had to uninstall the Zosi app to make it stop!! I just reinstalled the app and I hope to God it doesn’t do that again because it took me quite a while to delete all those videos! I will tell you that I have perfect Wi-Fi and very high-speed, fiber, optic Internet and the latest update on my phone and a new iPhone. So, none of these issues are to do with any connectivity or phone issues. It is the app and I really wish you guys would fix it!

Navigating through the app / different camera feeds, etc is not user friendly. Too many steps and too much reloading each time you want to view a specific camera or group of cameras. The old app, Secu365, was great and didnt need much change, mostly because it was very simple and user friendly. This version involves too many different views, having to swipe, go back, etc. When it was Secu365, you would have all cameras on the home page, they were live, you could have one big screen, you could pinch to zoom, and you could drag any camera into the main large screen within the layout so that you can have a large view of any camera at any time. Now, there are too many steps involved to achieve this, and you can only do certain things within certain areas of the app, whereas the old one had all functions on the main screen. I think you will see all customers would be more satisfied if you revert to a more simple interface, similar to the old Secu365 app from years ago. We just want a homepage showing all cameras live, with the ability to drag n drop to the large screen and still see smaller versions of all other cameras on the same screen, and still have a button to fullscreen any single camera at any time. It would also be nice to default sound on, as i have to manually turn the audio on each time i enter the app. If a mic is being used, Audio should be playing as soon as cameras become live. It would also be nice to have a 2x3 view for 6 camera systems; or at least some way to customize a layout. Thank you.

I'm giving this a new 2 star review because over the years I have suggested again and again that they need to add a single button on each camera view to trigger individual alarms and lights and yet no matter how many times they say it's a great idea and it should be done it never gets added. You also still can't double tap on individual cameras when playing them all live which I have also mentioned. This shows me they don't care and like having a bad app. The camera quality is great but they need serious work done on the app to make it faster. It freezes up on playback all the time and it takes forever to load the camera it alerts you that something is happening on so you end up missing whatever it is. Don't even get me started on their main NVR operating system and the god awful not user friendly mess that piece of garbage is. They need ton take a queue from Lorex. Zosi could easily dominate the market for budget systems if they just listened to customers. There is too much nessesary stuff in the app that just makes it confusing. Simplify it and add the features people actually need.
