I have an Indigo Mastercard and have had SO many issues with it. Can’t log in to the Celtic Bank app as it does not recognize my login or credentials. No specific Indigo app to use instead, even though EVERY other credit card I have offers one - not having an app to help me do my banking is a problem. The website you can log into is simplified but that also means there aren’t many links to help find the info you need and there is hardly any information readily available on the website. Small credit limit, unhelpful and rude customer service when I have attempted to contact them about problems (important ones like unrecognized charges to my card). The list goes on. It would benefit them to get their act together and join the 21st century.

Not only do they not an app, they don’t have Apple Pay, and they are so old fashioned. You have to use a browser to view your account and they’re just now updating they’re website to look like you're not still in 2001. Customer service is so rude, they report to bureaus even though companies aren’t really supposed to, they do it to be spiteful. All they want to do is charge extra fees for basically the 2 or 3 payment methods they’ll tell you you can use but will decline because they don’t accept it. Piece of trash card and company.

I also got the Indigo Mastercard but won’t be using it for any purchases when literally every other card I own comes with an app. If you’re trying to re-build your credit, you can do better. I started with a secured card from OpenSky. Then I got Avant, Mission Lane, BrightWay, CapitalOne, BestEgg, and Merrick Bank credit cards. Most of which were recommended to me through Credit Karma. Can you guess what all those cards have in common? Apps. I can even pay my rent through an app, but not this credit card? Gimme a break.

Why is there no app for the Indigo Mastercard offered by this bank? It’s 2022 - EVERYONE HAS AN APP!!! So, since it’s virtually impossible for me to go to the website on my phone and check my balance,(or do anything else), I have to use a computer? That is incredibly inconvenient, considering I don’t normally carry my laptop around with me everywhere I go. But, on top of that, I can’t use the Celtic Bank app either, AND the bank doesn’t allow me to add this card to my phone’s wallet either?? Come on!!!
