I really love this app, it’s easy and convenient to use. Quick transfer but the only issue is that when you send in money it take time to reflect on the account except that everything is perfect.

Can’t fund wallet with bank account

From the looks of things, this app seems great (setting things up and getting to use) but i’ve had this issue (which is the sole reason i chose this app over others) where i can’t fund my paga wallet with the added bank account. Also, when i try to add my debit card, it only shows sign of a “metro card”, no verve or master card as i input the details (which are the standard bases in Nigeria) making it difficult to fund it. Can you kindly look into these and update the app ? This app has been dormant without these criteria.

Account Disabled for no reason

I will advice anyone who loves his money to stay away from this malicious site. After creating of account, then you verify and you verification will be pending for weeks. The next thing they shut your account and blacklist your name and number such that you will never be able to open account again. Customer support never replies on any media and the CEO doesn’t care if you have money in there or not. Over 5 days since I can’t log into my account and no one can response. An account that I have never transacted with was disabled. Imagine I had funds in there?

I refer someone to use Paga account and she started using the app, last week Friday she send 26 thousand Naira to someone and the person didn’t receive the money till now and there is no reverse till now, she is on my neck since last week pls I have try to reach your customer support number but non of them is responding pls try to help us with this issue please
