I’ve tried a plethora of PM tools and most of them were clunky, complicated, or lacked the proper features that our team needed. ClickUp was the latest headache we experienced. It tried to do a lot of things, but was never really good at one thing. It got so confusing as the projects grew bigger. Also, the UX/UI on the mobile app is horrendous.Nifty is a breath of fresh air. It has the major features that work in a harmonious manner with bigger projects. It has structure, but flexible enough to fit your needs. I really enjoy the time tracking feature. No need for a third-party plug-in. The timeline and overview is great at knowing what to do next. Overall, our team loves Nifty!
Good but app needs better maintenance

There’s a lot I really do like about Nifty; we started using it because it had much-needed simplicity we couldn’t find after getting overwhelmed by other apps and project management tools. But I’m writing this review to hopefully get the developers’ attention, as for a while now there’s an issue in the app that has severely degraded its usability. What we use Nifty for probably the most out of anything, especially on a day to day basis, is documents & knowledge storage that we can easily find and refer back to. But for months now (possibly with the rollout of upgraded docs on desktop?), there’s a big issue when we try to access Nifty docs on mobile. It will show the contents of the first/primary page, but all of the other pages on the Nifty doc show up empty when navigating on mobile. This makes important information impossible to find on the go and I really hope this gets fixed soon. With the desktop app constantly being updated, I would hope and think that the mobile app gets equally maintained as well. Thank you!
Amazing Task and Project Management tool

This product does a great job of helping me stay on task and keep track of current and past projects. I work as an Energy Manager for a school system and when I have to stay organized and keep track of what’s going on at about 30 different locations, this tool helps a ton. My favorite features are task reminder notifications and being able to time how long it takes to perform each task right from the mobile app.

Need screen persistence - Remember app state

There is a lot of good to say about this app, and a handful of things that are not ideal but our manageable. BUT... there's a glaring issue that I'm finally taking the time to share and hopefully the team sees this and takes quick action...Whenever I load the app it will take me back to the dashboard screen and I have to swipe over to find my project tap my project and then tap the tasks that I want to get into, so I'm a few swipes and taps before I even get into the work I need to address.I feel like this is the biggest oversight… There should be a toggle or option or the app remembers your last screen and when you load the app it goes back to your previous location. Unless I'm missing something in this feature is already available. And another user mentioned another big issue in the mobile app which is that it's not possible to drag and drop a task or card, from one Kanban column to another! That's the whole point of a Kanban view for status management.
This update fixes a few issues from the last release:
• Signing in with Google or Microsoft now completes when it opens in Safari, instead of returning you to the log in screen
• Adding existing team members to a project works again
• Stability improvements
