This app is very limited in the scope of what it allows you to do and doesn’t even allow you to view itinerary details or a receipt for the ticket. It does tell you what email the confirmation was sent to, but that is weak and inferior compared to other airlines apps. Currently, I have 3 flights booked on Fiji Airways. For the 2 international tickets I received 2 emails each, one of which has just itinerary and the other has everything, but for the domestic ticket I only received an email with itinerary. I cannot see how much I paid for the ticket in any email or in the app. I either need to call them, or check multiple credit card accounts on line to find the charge. I have flown over 3 million miles and use the apps for many airlines. This one is good start but very weak by comparison. Hopefully they will continue to develop it to make it more useful and robust.

I have been trying for several months to select my seats for my flight (included in my ticket) and the app gives me an error every time. Called customer service who said the issue is that I have to pay to select seats (again, supposed to be included in my fare) and after 45 minutes of the transiting unneeded to pay $80 per passenger each way to select seats even though even the app said seats were included I gave up, hoping that once I checked in I could get it sorted. Just checked in, picked seats, and got the same error message. Fortunately it’s an empty flight but if this was a full flight I’d be making a bigger fuss about having paid to select seats and then being unable to do so. Either way the app hasn’t been helpful.

Not sure if the creators/approvers of the app are fine with this. This should not have been approved. Simple and bare bones is ok to a point, but it has to work. Frankly, any star(s) above 2 stars has to be seen as suspicious. Very suspicious. Cannot book flights and cannot search for booked flights. That’s not bare bones, that’s useless….that is the core at least of what an airline app should do. Sigh!!

Trying to purchase a seat upgrade and I can’t even save or update my contact details to check out. At least let me check out and save my seat and I can come back and save my contact details later.
