They’ve designed an app to be used by drivers, but it’s not driver friendly. When you accept a trip request, it pops up a checklist. You have to bypass that to get directions to the pickup, but they have a tiny little icon you have to tap. It then opens the navigation app of your choice (you have 3 options), but it frequently passes the wrong address to the navigation. Their app includes cancellations in the trip count, which is misleading. They say they pay for cancellations, but they only review them once a week. Basically, you’re supposed to take their word for it that you get paid (no itemization given). They give you requests for pickups, expect you to wait for long periods, but don’t pay wait time.

I started working with this platform in early 2024. Then they actively attracted new employees with generous bonuses for completed trips. The advantage of this company is high tariffs for long trips. But there are still more disadvantages: firstly, they lack clear interaction with the client, which leads to a huge number of canceled trips, sometimes this reaches almost half of all trips made, and very often there is no way to contact the client because the phone is out of range or simply doesn't answer. Secondly, the application is imperfect in terms of selecting the work radius for drivers, that is, they give orders costing less than $10 that require a journey of more than half an hour, which is absolutely not logical. Therefore, in order to earn money in this application, you need to be smart so as not to work at a loss. Thirdly: although they raised compensation for a canceled order from three to five dollars, sometimes this is still not enough to cover fuel costs if, for example, you had to travel a long distance to the landing site. Fourth: the most important problem is that they do not automatically calculate compensation for canceled orders; at the moment, out of 30 canceled trips, I received compensation in the amount of five dollars for just one trip, for 29 trips canceled due to the client’s no-show I did not receive the money although I submitted a request for a refund and review of the cost almost a month ago. So work here, be prepared for unexpected surprises, considering this work as a lottery, lucky, unlucky, the client will come or not, and be prepared to part with gasoline and time for which you will not receive compensation later. There are many more significant shortcomings, but I will not talk about them all here; you will see this for yourself in the works. At the moment, I stopped working with this company more than a month ago because I don’t like being deceived, after I receive compensation I will reconsider my attitude towards it.

The support in the morning they answer but not respond just they keep on silence just you waste your time I work for theme but I receive many fake calls when I arrive before to cancel we need to call 3 times to can get pay the cancel and they pay the cancel call till Saturday if you have 30 cancel call on the whole week they only pay you like 20 or less many of call are fake call the person you will picking up never answer the phone and never comes out maybe no lives on that address and this app just send you to charge to the insurance for show up and they only pay 3 dollars for cancel calls and part of the calls you need to pick up people lives on the street and they are not too clean and I work for 10 to 12 hours and i just make like 120 because I receive a lot of fake calls I complete like 26 or more call on my whole day but I get pay only for 18 or less the others are cancel and I didn’t get pay on that day if I will receive pay on the same day the cancel call I will make maybe over 200 dollars but I just make less 130 dollars and also some people call to the app to cancel in advance but the people work to getting the information they don’t cancel just leave the call and when you arrive at the address the costumer said I already cancel the call and just you waste gas time and money they most bad of this app is the support I don’t know if they only get the minimum wage pay and that’s why they don’t do they’re job just they make hours but quality service some apps are good service for costumers but bad service for drivers this is bad service for both and rare times you get tips that’s not matter how as you’re service the only good thing I see in this app is you only work in to the county I work on orange so don’t need to go to LA county or riverside county just here that’s the only good thing but all call are in less 15 miles around but sometimes you go for the costumer at 15 miles away and they clinic are at less an a mile mile away because you can’t see the destination till you accept the trip but if you want to get 100 dollars a day come with us

Absolutely horrible! Sent to pickup a member who was incarnated for months, after speaking to dispatch support they advised none of this members trips were viable as they were no call no shows for months. Trips will randomly disappear and show as not matched. You have to fight for your $3 convenience fee most of the time. App is glitchy and will give cannot connect to server error often and address will correct itself to a different address in both Apple Maps and Google Maps, which reflects poorly on drivers. MTM dispatch agents will pick up call but will not answer so you have to hang up and call back sometimes 3-4 times in a row. If a member refuses to exit your vehicle and you have to call the cops veyo and MTM will block your account. Pay is less than minimum wage after deducting wear and gas on vehicle.
