The UX of this app and website are not very easy to navigate. Signing up for a team worked with a click of a button but there was no confirmation and the screen still said I had to chose a team. The step goal is the main part of the program but entering the number is in the middle of the page and very small and hard to see. An option to turn off notification emails for every milestone would be appreciated. I tried syncing my fitbit app with little success.

I downloaded this app in hopes of pairing with my Apple Watch. It does not sync steps accurately. While MyHealth, Activity and Googlefit ALL track my steps and ALL say the same number (10,000 steps) the app will tell me a different number (say, 1,872) which leads me to manually input my steps, completely defeating the purpose of me downloading the app on the first place.

I have tried for 15 months to get this app to sync with my Apple Watch on a regular basis and it simply does not work. The sync worked for a total of 4 days over the 15 month period and I have finally scrapped any hope of it working again. It’s a shame because my employer runs wellness events through the health designs vendor and they use this application to track and verify our participation in the events.

At least the old website would import properly from myfitnesspal. This app is so slow and buggy despite basically just being the mobile version of the site. Discontinuing myfitnesspal would be fine except it doesn’t read in HealthKit data properly at all. Please hire a better developer. I’m tired of manually putting in data that should be synced automatically.
