Very poor service and lie about what they say and can do, and what really happens, requested refund several times. Also Paid for entire year, after request refund they now hang up on me! **Was told program would work with QuickBooks sales ( that was a lie) **Told they have great advertising (lie, basic stuff from publisher) and we had to request them after paying for the service. ** before purchasing we stated did not want to change from QuickBooks sales and if Hearth could be incorporated, they said yes, ( that was a lie) ** My lost should not be yours, stay away from Hearth.. not honest what they state or what you get. I’m sure they will remove this poor review if I leave it 1 star so that’s why it a 5 star, hope you don’t get scammed. If they are honest on there intentions, refund would not be an issue. there way out of problems, hang up when you don’t have a resolve and won’t offer refund to program that has not been used due to there lie to what system can do

Update:We have used them for over 7 months now and EVERY SINGLE CLIENT has had issues, even when their FICO scores are excellent and no mortgages and no other payments. Every single time I have had to ask my clients to call Hearth then call the loan company then deal with all this headache (literally every single time this has happened) and I feel ashamed asking them to do all of this when it should have been easier like with any other company. Definitely never using Hearth anymore.Ive had Hearth for a week. 3 clients already applied and got approved. The APR rates WERE INSANE and all 3 clients have excellent credit scores. They told me my clients qualify for 0% APR credit cards and my clients applied in somehow got denied even though all of them have more than 740 FICO. I wish I could leave this company and I regret paying them. It’s been four days that one of my clients has been trying to get with 0% APR and nothing. Cant reach customer service (limited working hours), cant find answers on the problems clients are facing, VERY little information out there for how everything works with them. Im just so ashamed in front of my clients. Definitely will not use them again and DEFINITELY WILL NOT recommend them to anyone

Ian was a huge help with introducing me to this program and giving me space to make a decision WITHOUT being pushy; which is a huge turn off to me when a sales guy is pushy. He answer my questions and concerns, very polite and again helpful. I bought the program because I wanted something that would help me with scheduling, quotes, contracts, and offering financing. It does all of this. I was also excited about the option to have my customers pay on line and they can pay for the processing fees and see why they are. If I wanted to I could opt to pay them myself. I also don’t have to price gouge all my customers just in case they want to use financing and make payments; I don’t pay the fees the customer does if they chose to use financing. I haven’t gotten to that yet but it is an option. They even had links so my marketing team can put it on my website.Trey helped me set it up. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Never speaking down to me. Even when there was something I expected the program to do and it wouldn’t (yet) he didn’t try to hide it he was truthful about it. I have had some learning curves and had to contact him to help me figure them out. If he doesn’t answer right away he gets back to me very quickly. I was not going to make a decision on purchasing a product like this until later this year but I was so impressed with what it did and offered along with the customer service I pulled the trigger and purchased this program 3 months sooner AND have not regretted it! It is like this program was customized to fit my goal and needs. And the price is not hateful at all! This is a win for Totally Stoked Septic & Plumbing Services! Thank you Ian and Trey, you guys rock!
Great overall, but horrible ongoing lag makes the app seem very unreliable

As a pro user out on the field day to day, I’m finding that there always seems to be slow loading times, lag and errors when attempting to access various parts of the app, especially the parts where the app wants to open in a browser. I’m using an iPhone 12 Pro, fully restored and updated and everything else works like a charm. The features in the app are excellent, can use some polishing off still both in feature options and UI however I do love what’s been made here and it is quite helpful and worth its cost for us. Thanks
