Model Rewards is a loyalty rewards application for aesthetic surgery patients. Patients earn rewards by purchasing products & procedures as well as referring future patients to the practice. Points can be used towards discounts on future products and services. At checkout, simply ask your practice to apply your points in order to receive a discount. But that's not all! Loyalty Status is achieved the more you purchase and refer.
Rewards and Loyalty Status are viewed and tracked within the Model Rewards app. Patients can view the number of points they have accumulated as well as track their progress towards their next Loyalty Status. Furthermore, patients can view the prizes they may be eligible for by achieving each respective Loyalty Status.
Within the Model Rewards app, each patient is assigned a unique Referral Code. The patient Referral Code can be sent to friends by playing 'The Referral Game', where patients can win points once their referred friends purchase services. As a second option, patients can simply provide friends their Referral Code to use at login to the Model Rewards app. The referred patient will receive points immediately upon login and the referring patient receives points once the referred patient books their first service.
Practice Promotions, Classes & Announcements provide a fantastic way to view and claim great deals on products and services, signup for instructional courses as well as stay on top of the latest practice news. Promotions are limited in quantity and they expire, so make sure you take advantage quickly! Furthermore, patients can send promotions to friends, along with their referral code, in order to receive Referral Points.
