Great way to have a self guided tour of St Peter’s. Make sure you bring earphones or EarPods. A bit confusing as to where you are supposed to look. Some misspellings in the guide.

Used this app for an audio tour of St Peter’s Basilica. The guides associated with Vox City were kind and welcoming but that’s where it ends. The app, when it actually was working, would constantly freeze or get stuck on screens I couldn’t leave. Other times it would just crash out and require a restart. Within 10 minutes of using it, I ended up just closing it and using a standard guidebook. Thankfully the VC tour wasn’t much more than ticket price for the dome but I definitely wouldn’t opt to try it again.

Great app, easy to use, latest version is a step above other products out there. Used it in Rome recently. Look forward to getting this for other cities on my next trip.

Bought at St Peter’s Basilica in Rome, tried to use it for about 30 min; it was hard to use in the crowded space. Needs text transcripts and better pictures. It’s hard to identify which item is being discussed as St Peters is literally covered with significant works of art. Would also be interesting to have more history about the church.
