Battery Usage Disclaimer:
The continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
While enjoying POPGuide outdoors, it will first track your current location then navigate you to the POIs of your choice. To avoid unnecessary GPS tracking draining your battery, make sure that you disable the location function of your device whenever appropriate.
I love this app. When I’m vacationing with my wife around Europe. It makes it simple and easy to use whenever we are at some amazing landmarks.
Versailles - don’t bother

We bought our tickets and the audio tour for Versailles from POPGuide. It was a mistake. I was emailed a link the day before and found the POPGuide almost impossible to download (3 tries for each of us). We also had one kid without their own device, so we ended up paying for more audio tours than we could use (had to get our tickets together). Once we got into Versailles I was disappointed to learn that there were huge areas without any info in the audio guide. I spent quite a lot of time trying to figure out what to listen to before realizing there was no info for nearly the entire ground floor.There are audio tours for rent by the museum, which would have been a better choice. Definitely skip this and go with either a human guide or the one available from Versailles.
Nonfunctional

App is nonfunctional and will not download in my language. I have been working with customer service for over a week in which they blame my Internet connection or my phone neither which are not contributing to this problem eventually they had me download VOX city app, which has the exact same problem. Terrible customer service no problems ever resolved.

I purchased for our family of 5 tickets plus audio for the coliseum and Vatican. We had nothing but issues with this and ended up having to connect all audio to one phone. My husband and I are both in IT, so we are pretty savvy. But the click interface needed to be more robust and more user friendly. It needs to really just be “clickable”.
