This app is a scam. They will only give you address after you pay on the app. I walked a mile in Seattle with my suitcases to the address of a print shop they provided only to find that there was no signage at the address. It was a residential building office and it was closed. I tried to contact nannybag but they have no contact number. You can only message them and they do not reply after a few days. I got a message 2 days later that they have verified with the vendor that it was closed but won’t refund the money to me because “they don’t have proof that i actually went to the vendor address”.. I am just amazed that they are running this open scam. Instead of providing the listed service or being apologetic for customer inconvenience because of their fault, they are only interested in scamming you of your money.. totally avoidable

I found Nannybag via a Google Maps search for "luggage storage". There was no visible signage, and I had to pay in the app to confirm the address. The "nanny" at my preferred location was up two flights of stairs, didn't speak a lot of English, and didn't seem familiar with the app. When I showed him the confirmation on my phone, he agreed to take the bags and contact his manager. When I returned a few hours later, the bags had been left unattended in the public stairwell and the attendant was nowhere to be found. Fortunately nothing of ours was taken and nothing illicit was hidden inside (we unpacked everything to check), but it was still an overall confusing, stressful, and risky experience.

I definitely don’t recommend this service or app - On a trip to Mexico City I booked a place to drop off my bags through Nannybag. When I arrived the very kind but confused man who owned the store said he does not work with Nannybag, but he does work with another luggage storage service called Bounce. We had to book with that service instead, and during all the confusion I sent messages to Nannybag asking for clarification and for a refund since they sent me to a location that doesn’t work with them, and no one responded. Currently they still have not responded to my messages or given me a refund. I definitely won’t be using it again.
