I have had the lack of verified insurance interrupt treatment already in progress. One patient was delayed for several weeks, another’s therapy was completely stopped and this last one I did the initial evaluation on and was not allowed to schedule him and have not been able to return for over a week through no fault of my own and have been asked to discharge him because he hasn’t been seen. The lack of communication from LUNA to me on this cycle has been pathetic. By the time this is resolved, the patient may not want me to return. This is very frustrating.

Font contrast

I like the contrast of the finished document before I sign it off (it is crispy clear ). However, the document I start typing manually, the fonds are faded and the background is faded. When the fond is pink and faded, it’s hard to see when you’re outside on the road trying to type or dictate the notes. It needs darker letters ( black rather than pink on white find) more contrast. The lower the contrast the more eye strain and yet fatigue. I don’t wear eye glasses and I can see very well sort distances but staring at a screen for hard an hour at a time, the faded pink/ purple letters on white background is torture for the eyes. It’s unhealthy.

Love Luna, wish autochart was more reliable

First, Luna is an amazing way to deliver high quality physical therapy care. I love the freedom and flexibility I have with scheduling and the app is intuitive. This organization is top notch in every way. My only frustration is that the autochart (dictation) does not work with T-mobile. The autochart call drops after 30 seconds. I have done extensive research and this appears to be an app issue. I am hoping that the developers will be able to address this bug on the next update. This would remove a significant barrier to efficiency.

It’s been so great to be with Luna. I am able to provide the quality outpatient care in a super flexible manner with a great per visit compensation!! And of course the app is a tech marvel.. everything from my schedule/time off, my patients schedule/intake forms/address/chat and communication with Luna can all happen here.. so excited that there is a cool company like Luna that has modern technology!
