Keeps crashing
They losing it
I just upgraded my iPhone X (it’s not that old) to the new iOS 15.2 after the ANCEL app kept crashing. And now it keeps crashing… the app loads and I get the splash screen but. Then it crashs. I have tried all many of resets and re download to no joy. I like the app and the reader and find they really helpful and useful but without the app it is really frustrating. Please help? Plus the support like on the apps store is old.I am still rating this high as it was great before this issue, hopefully they will fix they soon and then I would rate a 5 star.

I’ve been using this app regularly for the last few years to diagnose and repair my 2011 BMW (N54). I’ve never had an issue. The data stream function is particularly helpful. I also can clear codes and reset service clocks and replace my battery. I’ve diagnosed coolant issues, misfires, fuel rail issue and a bunch of other stuff I’ve repaired due to the age of my car. Very helpful. Inexpensive. Highly recommend.
