Changelly is certainly among my top choices when it comes to choosing an exchange when I want to purchase coins quickly with no hassle. I’m really writing this after reading so many complaints here in the reviews. Complaint after complaint for problems caused simply by user error. When beginning in crypto be sure your doing your own research before signing and completing any transactions. Understand what needs to be sent with your coins in a transaction and always know what your signing before you sign it. Don’t blame the exchange when your large funds are lost because of your error! Changelly is excellent to exchange one coin for another. All fees are included in your transaction and your coins are sent to the wallet address you provide. Seem-less and fully transparent when used correctly! A product that makes crypto a enjoyable experience!!!

I was reminded today why I had deleted this app and completely stopped using their services when I was forced to either buy using them or miss out on a special deal… For whatever reason my linked Fiat Bank account stopped working, and so did my CC and Apple Pay, leaving just this company as the sole provider for Fiat to BTC(while on KuCoin).. Originally they were my top favorite company to use as an on-ramp exchange, better, safer, faster then anything else I have ever used. One day I started working on a new exchange and they offered this company’s services along side a few others so you could choose whom you wanted to use. Well every time I went to top-up my account with a monthly $150-$200 investment, they 𝐀𝐋𝐖𝐀𝐘𝐒 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐆𝐄𝐃 𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑 $25+ each time! Nearly 𝐃𝐎𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐄 what the next highest offer was. Then I started noticing this exact same issue not just at that exchange but on all of the ones I’m using, and all of the wallets, and websites too. They are the WORST at how much they charge for providing the exact same service as Moon or MoonRiver or even CoinBase! What they are great at is Advertising, and that’s how they do it. Their ads are targeting NEW investors, the ones who haven’t seen or heard about them yet…

I have seriously messed up a couple transactions while using Changelly’s exchange service and both times they have gone above and beyond in assisting me in fixing my mistake. I will recommend their service to anyone who is looking for a quality company to exchange crypto with. Changelly is much more than just an crypto exchange service. I have received several informative emails from them regarding the crypto market that have really shed light on what is happening that is causing current volatility in the market . Above all, they are a calm, reassuring voice in the storm. Thank you again for all you do.

Where is my refund

Where is my refund??I made a mistake and misses the memo id on the transaction. This was my bad i know. I contacted changelly through a support ticket and never really heard anything back other than an auto reply message so i went onto the live chat. The person on the chat was very helpful and let me know what they would need to process a refund. I proceeded to send them all of the required information and then some. I was told that this would be processed in 3-7 business days.Well it is now the 9th business day and i have yet to recieve funds. I contacted on the 7th day and they said they would be right on it. I still have heard nothing and tomorrow will be 10 days since i filled refund. At this point my money is being held by Changelly and it is inhibiting my ability to access those funds and make investments cause me a loss of money. If someone does not contact me about this i will be forced to file a complaint with the CFPB and The BBB.It is absurd that i was given a time line and they have almost doubled it with no contact or update to me.
