I am brand new to this platform and I haven't even opened it yet. I came across it looking for something else in crypto so in fairness to not hurt a company I gave it five stars for now until I figure out what its real rating is I will say, and I hope they read this that it DOES NOT look good that in your summary one of the first crypto's that you list that you support and can swap is Luna🤦 LUNA!? 🙄I mean, I'm not in advertisement specialist, and the more I learn about cryptocurrency the more I learned that I don't know about cryptocurrency. But I do have common sense enough to know that if I'm going to advertise some thing, the lead product is not going to be one that went to zero, and kicked off a contagion of seven other exchanges and their tokens going bankrupt. Kind of a big deal especially for people that are brand new just getting into it. Many newbies may have missed this. But for those that have been around, that turns up a resentful sensitive topic. And so just based off of this kind of amateur mistake, it has me weary that this can be a trusted or reliable application. Because it is, this app is careless about something devastating & that doesn't exist anymore, it's not a good place to start when you're dealing with peoples hard, earned money & investment. It gives the impression that either changeelly is NOT up-to-date, that theyare careless with something like they're advertising description, why would I trust them with $100,000 of my invested capital. or it gives an impression that it was just throwing together like scam pop-up that they would miss some things so obvious,

Changelly is certainly among my top choices when it comes to choosing an exchange when I want to purchase coins quickly with no hassle. I’m really writing this after reading so many complaints here in the reviews. Complaint after complaint for problems caused simply by user error. When beginning in crypto be sure your doing your own research before signing and completing any transactions. Understand what needs to be sent with your coins in a transaction and always know what your signing before you sign it. Don’t blame the exchange when your large funds are lost because of your error! Changelly is excellent to exchange one coin for another. All fees are included in your transaction and your coins are sent to the wallet address you provide. Seem-less and fully transparent when used correctly! A product that makes crypto a enjoyable experience!!!

This is more for changelly pro. They say you can sign up as a trader and start trading. I deposited some xrp to convert and buy cns so I could stake in my centric wallet. As soon as I signed up and and got my cns their site was down for deposits and withdrawals. After 2 days waiting I was finally able to get on start what I thought was a withdrawal to my centric wallet. Keep in mind I only signed with changelly pro because they had cns. That was the only trade I was ever going to do there. I got an email that my withdrawal was on hold and my account was frozen. They want me to do the kyc to un freeze it. This is a bait and switch tactic to lure you in to do a simple trade and then freeze your account to force you to give up your information. Their website clearly says and allows you to sign up at trader level which allows you to make trades and withdraw up to 1 bitcoin a day. My ONE trade was a small amount $1600 and now worth $700 due to cns dropping. Yet I am flagged and frozen for possible suspicious activity. Never use this site unless you are going to want to KYC as one of your main trading sites. I would ever use these idiots again.Now changelly. I have used changelly with no problems but be aware their exchange rates are really high. You won't notice by looking at the actual rates. You have to look at the amount of each crypto you are exchanging. You are getting ripped off on the amount of the crypto you are exchanging for. I have seen $80 difference in there before. If you are ok with the fees and the uneven exchanges then this is the app for you.

I was reminded today why I had deleted this app and completely stopped using their services when I was forced to either buy using them or miss out on a special deal… For whatever reason my linked Fiat Bank account stopped working, and so did my CC and Apple Pay, leaving just this company as the sole provider for Fiat to BTC(while on KuCoin).. Originally they were my top favorite company to use as an on-ramp exchange, better, safer, faster then anything else I have ever used. One day I started working on a new exchange and they offered this company’s services along side a few others so you could choose whom you wanted to use. Well every time I went to top-up my account with a monthly $150-$200 investment, they 𝐀𝐋𝐖𝐀𝐘𝐒 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐆𝐄𝐃 𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑 $25+ each time! Nearly 𝐃𝐎𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐄 what the next highest offer was. Then I started noticing this exact same issue not just at that exchange but on all of the ones I’m using, and all of the wallets, and websites too. They are the WORST at how much they charge for providing the exact same service as Moon or MoonRiver or even CoinBase! What they are great at is Advertising, and that’s how they do it. Their ads are targeting NEW investors, the ones who haven’t seen or heard about them yet…
