After discovering motel, I didn’t want to order anywhere else ever again. They have outfits styled for raves, classy dinners, beachwear, and so much more. All the clothing I’ve bought there fits like a glove and is made with great material. It’s easy to see what the clothing item would look like worn, and the modeling styles the clothing really well. They are always up to date with trends, and all in all the app is also really easy to use. 11/10 would recommend

Not sure if this is a Motel Rocks thing or just their app, but it would be nice if people could leave reviews for their products etc. I've really struggled with sizing from them because their tops run small and their pants run big (and this is after double- and triple-checking their sizing guide and my measurements), and since they don't allow free returns, I'm stuck with these slightly ill-fitting clothes that I may or may not be able to have altered. If I could see reviews mentioning whether something runs big or small, or other pertinent issues, I'd probably be a lot more willing to purchase from them.

I like their clothing a lot it’s cute. a bit pricey but that’s expected for these days. the problem i have is that the app is really laggy and every time i click my wishlist it’s just blank. takes too long to load things. it worked at first amazingly then started getting laggy and so now it’s unusable but if that was fixed it would be a 5 star. except maybe they should add a way to make it so u can set ur size so that everytime u add something to ur wishlist it doesn’t keep asking what size.

Nothing on this app works! It’s not letting me return my clothes- which were VERY low quality for the price I paid- and it keeps saying “Order not Found” when I input the order number. I have sent 2 emails to customer service and neither have been answered. The time is almost up before I can still return it and I don’t want to be stuck with crappy quality clothes that costed me $300! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. literally just thrift.edit:Well I figured out how to refund… cost me $27 but shouldn’t have trusted a shady company I found on Instagram. I had to Google their old refund service “Rebound” because their new one, “Loop”, doesn’t work AT ALL. save yourself the pain and $27 girlies.
