There are several pages where user input is required and the page will stall or just go white. I’ll have to reopen the app and go through the whole thing all over again. This happened during my assessment (last 2 pages) and in the provider chat page. Hope y’all can figure out what’s up and do a quick fix since user interaction is pretty critical

My work changed from Lyra Health to Modern Health and it has been the worst transition ever. Modern health focuses on life coaches and makes it very hard to get actual therapists. It was super easy on Lyra, you typed what you needed and it showed you a list of providers they would cover, that’s it. With modern health there is literally no way to find a list of mental health providers like a psychologist of psychiatrist, only life coaches. I just want someone that can continue my existing prescription, but no, modern health needs me to waste my time talking to a life coach for no reason. I ended up stopping getting my medication and my wife ended up deciding to just pay out of pocket. Think of that for a minute, this service makes it so hard to get what you need that you’ll either give up or pay for something you should be getting for free.To me, this service is borderline dangerous and causing more harm than good. Sure, some people definitely would benefit more from life coaches than therapy or medication, but it should not be made so difficult for the rest of us that already know what we need.

I was really excited to finally use this, after recently examining ways to improve myself. Upon logging in, both the mobile and online apps bugged out. I stopped using the online. For the mobile app, I had to kill the app and try again. When it finally loaded, I tried to book an appointment and it showed available coach times, but when I tried to book a time, it said that time was no longer available. I tried other times, submitted, but received an coding error message, socket timeout. I tried to contact Modern Health through the app, but at this point, I could navigate anywhere. The app had essentially froze, even though you can still scroll on the page you’re on.The apps create massive friction to users trying to get mental health support.

I’ve had a pretty terrible experiences with coaching and therapy sessions through Modern health so far. Coaching session ended right on the dot without goodbye or closure, while I was mid sentence. Coach also made me feel judged and I felt worse after. Therapist on the other hand first rescheduled and then never showed up for our scheduled session. I feel like that shouldn’t be happening especially when someone’s situations could be highly sensitive and help might be very needed. I was initially excited about this free benefit through work, but now it makes me feel like it’s free for a reason. Hate to admit it. I’m pretty disappointed and feel hopeless about finding the right therapist and a coach in order to utilize provided benefit through Modern Health.
