This app works-However, a white screen comes up when opening to a new screen. I don’t have time to wait for the screen to change and can’t wait until or if it will change back from the white screen. I have to turn my phone completely off and back on just for this to be repeated. This is the only app that my employer uses for our schedule, time card and to request days off for vacation, doctor appointments, or events. I hate trying to depend on something that does not work. It brings me much anxiety. Please fix this or upgrade this one. Thank you, Lisa H.

So the app worked before just fine, once logged in it would keep you logged in but just recently when I opened up the app and logged in it said do I want to use face recognition with the app so I clicked yes now that I do that it gives me the little checkmark when it recognizes my face, but it still puts me to the login screen I still have to type in all my information and once I close the screen and open it back up, I have to re-login again, which is frustrating. What is the point of having the face recognition if it’s still having me type in all my information to login? Please fix ASAP.

I run and assisted living and we use SmartLix and I really wish the owner would terminate the contract. The app is constantly crashing, half the time I have to submit my staffs hours by hand because their app won’t let them log in, even after I reset their password. The zoom calls where they have been “teaching” us how to use this program are trash; very hard to follow along. Everything on their site and their app is more complicated than it needs to be. It’s been a year and they still haven’t been able to figure out how our business does PTO so the staff has to constantly as us what their PTO is and we have to track it on paper to be accurate. This app and this business are TERRIBLE.

Everything in the app works except, when I try to see my schedule I have an hourglass that will not stop and I am stuck and cannot get into anything else in the app!!! This is very frustrating can someone, ANYONE please fix this???!!!?? I have turned off my phone to see if that helps…no!!! I have deleted the app and downloaded it again and that didn’t help, I have shut my WiFi off and that didn’t help!!! I need to see my schedule for obvious reasons! Please HELP!! I need to know where I am working and what time my shifts are in two days…yes, I can call my employer…they will tell me to look it up on the app…so…please fix this issue, I am sure others are having the same problem!
