I started my fitness journey a while back but at certain periods have become stagnant or haven’t seen the exact results I wanted to. I love this app because it has great workouts with reasonable timing. There are videos and notes that help you learn how to do the exercise properly, there are resources that teach you about tempo and RPE. You can enter the weight and how many sets/reps you did (although on some workouts the weight amount availability is missing, wish it was available on all of them, but it is on most so not too big of a problem, I’m sure that can be fixed or updated). You can add in your own custom workouts on top of what is already being provided by your coach. I think what I like most about this app is the timing ability for your set and then also for your rest period. It really helps me stay on track and make sure that I’m not taking too long between my sets. I have enjoyed being sore again because I’m using my body in different ways to do new exercises that are new to me. Overall I have had a great experience using this app and I will continue to do so!

This app has been the only way I can stay consistent with my fitness goals. As a flight attendant I spend more time on the go than at home most days. With the help of athlete ready global and coach Jared I have been able to maintain a routine no matter where I am, which was something I was really struggling with before. The app is very user friendly and each exercise has notes and a video demonstrating how each exercise should be done and what to focus on. It’s super easy to follow along. I also love that it tracks prior workouts so you can keep progressing each week. Another feature I enjoy is that a lot of times it will offer alternative exercises because like I said a lot of my workouts are in hotels so my equipment will vary, this way I have other options to still get a complete workout in. With athlete ready global and coach Jared’s help I really have been able to workout anytime anywhere.

If you’re looking for an app to really track your performance and coaches who care to see you meet your physical goals you’re in the right place! The app makes it so easy to navigate through your workouts and tracks everything down to the amount of weight lifted for the day. I love seeing my progress and easily being able to input it all into one place. My personal favorite part of the app is being able to time my resting periods between sets. This app really has it all! The coaches behind the app are extremely passionate about what they do. I highly recommend this app and these coaches for someone who is looking to see real change for all their physical goals!

This is by far my favorite app that I’ve ever tried! And let me tell you, along my fitness journey I’ve tried quite a few. It’s incredibly easy to navigate and super user friendly. Every workout is thoroughly explained, accompanied by super helpful videos, timed rest periods and most of the exercises have alternate exercises in case your gym doesn’t have the equipment needed. My favorite part, by far, is that the workouts aren’t insanely long. Like most of us, I’m a busy person, and I don’t have the time, nor the desire to spend a large chunk of my day in the gym. These workouts fit perfectly into my day and really make me work! You won’t be disappointed with this app!
