Before I came over to Lyft I had to build myself up to do it build my company and be on my trust feel safe so I started doing over where you take food and I started doing Sparks where you take groceries then I started going over where you take people but I would do one every nine days because my first one I was very afraid then I came to live and saw the difference live when I turn this alert on you keep me going mean and you say that if this person has chose to draw drive live is for a reason so that is what my thank you is about thank you for when people cancel at the last minute you pay us a flat $10 I thank you for the bonus hours that give you opportunity to make more all these things that I just mentioned are things that Uber do not necessarily do or they may not give us as much money as you all do so what has happened to Uber has notified me saying I’m losing my acceptance right but that’s because when I turn it on I’ll cut both abs on and whoever come on first that’s who I go with and it always happens that Lyft keep me rolling once I turn it on so thank you I am in the process of finding a job and I am making more through Uber than I did with my part-time bus driving job so thank you

Love the idea behind the Lyft Direct Card. My personal opinion. Easy to access and love that the app keeps track of the fuel expenses when using a fuel station they recommend. Also reimburses a certain amount fuel expenses per gallon with in a few days back onto your Lyft Direct Card. The Direct App also has a variety of discounted fuel stations to choose from based of your location, lots of discounts to restaurants, automotive needs etc. May not seem like much at first. but it all adds up over a period of time. My personal opinion, I am very impressed with how Lyft over all is doing it’s part as an employer with keeping up with innovative ways to not just make it easier and safer for its clients. Also the creativity and effort towards driver retention. They work to help Lyft drivers maximize earnings potential by providing an easy to use Lyft Direct App. That helps Lyft Drivers save money, tutorials to what you need to know… My favorite,they make it i easy for Lyft Drivers to have access to what your earning instantly. I’m a business major, so I have an appreciation when I come across a business/employer doing its part to make a positive difference in people’s lives. Job well done!

We work hard for you lift. You are the best business. Much better an Uber. You guys are so professional with a customer service too. I’ve been having a bad experience with Uber bad customer service. They don’t know how they deal with the driver and they make them work like a sleeve very bad when I start work with Lyft I work with professional people. They treat me like a team we make the money for our company thank you, Lyft. I love the rental car has good professional people when we stuck customer service the best they always make sure you’re OK. You guys doing good job. I love it thank you lift. Living as a paycheck-to-paycheck millennial has taught me the art of balancing frugality and practicality; I think the Lyft Direct card and app strikes a good balance. The ability to cash in your earning instantaneously without having to pay money to get your money shows a certain level of respect to us riders I really appreciate, and on top of that, we get the highest cash back rewards from fueling up. This is why I made this my official gas card, filling it up with earnings from Monday through part of Tuesday with enough gas to last me at least the week. The rest, I leave alone to collect and cash in automatically every Tuesday night as a direct deposit into my Chime account. Yes, I’m a proponent for taking advantage of multiple benefits from multiple companies looking out for the little guy; these days, you really do have to consider carefully where your loyalties should lie.Generally speaking, I think Lyft as a whole has made tangible efforts to show they care about their riders. Not perfect by any means, but better than not most certainly.
