Pulse ox meter doesn’t work with recent app change

Very disappointed in the recent app changes. I have had my pulse ox meter since 2021 and use this all the time and loved the previous app because it would sync and track my data. Since the app update I can’t get the pulse ox meter to sync or work with the app and all my data is gone I have tried registering again and it still doesn’t work. I have removed the app and reinstalled it and still won’t read my meter. This is terrible.
Inexplicably ruined what was once an incredible app

I bought the pulse oximeter in mid-October 2025 expecting very little from the device. But when it was paired with the previous IChoice Relax app, it was incredible. The app has been turned into a useless waste of time by developers. I don’t understand why they removed all the good things and now I can no longer recommend any of it to my patients. Oximeters/pulse rate monitors can be bought much less expensively than what this device costs.

I’m shocked by the negative reviews... I got this when I had covid. I have an iPhone , not sure if that has anything to do with it but it syncs my data onto the app every time. All functions work. This gives me peace of mind when my anxiety spirals And helps to keep me from panicking. Thankful for this small but powerful device !
Doesn’t Work

They changed (updated) the app several weeks ago. Since the change, my meter doesn’t connect with the app (lost all my history) and there is no way to manually add it - refresh the settings. Customer service has been unresponsive … time to shop for a new meter / new brand. Disappointed
