Wanted to submit something positive since they surprised me! I was reluctant to use because of reviews but first time playing, got a 3,500x payout. Was worried about how long it would take to see that money after reading reviews. No withdrawal methods available. Very hard to get your money out if you win. If u have any bonus amount you have to play your cash all the way to zero before the bonus is used so you have to lose everything and deposit more to be able to even attempt to withdraw. I will Never deposit another dollar here. ***update. So after connecting my pay pal and making a deposit so I can withdraw.(because card and bank withdraws aren’t available) I received an email the next day asking for a picture of my debit card to confirm in the owner in order to continue verifying my withdraw. This is about as shady of a practice as a casino can do. I will be reporting Tropicana to my state gaming commission and I hope none of you ever use them to gamble. They are honestly scammers and will do everything they can not to pay you out. I am only trying to withdraw $140. Can you imagine if it was a bigger withdraw? They would never pay. Please stay away.

1st and most important, NONE of the withdrawal methods were supported. Not by card and not by bank account. 2nd It automatically gave me the sign up bonus deposit match which I never wanted… you know the ones that lock your deposit up with a 10-20x play through so you have zero chance of winning anything. 3rd NONE of the live table games work. I then tried to play 5 different slots, 2 worked, the rest led to a black screen that never loaded. I won’t even start with the home page interface… I was skeptical at first so I didn’t deposit much and I’m glad I hesitated. $30 down the drain (ps, I made that in 2 separate deposits just to confirm that the withdrawal methods were still unavailable, which they werent). As if these casinos werent predatory enough, you could have at least led me to believe I had a shot at winning some money…

One of the worst casino apps I’ve ever used. You cannot deposit and withdrawal from the same account / card “Withdrawals to credit/debit cards is not a supported method on our site.” Seems absolutely ridiculous because you can take the money out of my account but I can’t use the same one for withdrawal? I had sent an email for help, and they gave me three options ACH E-Check (electronic bank transfer), PayPal (If first used to deposit) and Play+ Card (A prepaid Discover Card).The electronic bank transfer I had to “enroll” for and it did not even let me do that. I hadn’t deposited with PayPal, so that option didn’t exist for me, and the play+ card did not work either. Save your time, save your money, choose a different casino app because this one is NOT it.
