Pathetic Experience

I usually do not write reviews but I had to for this app. The experience from a global bank like HSBC should be top class but this app is so complex. The 7 different types of codes - the UX/UI need a major lift, seems it was built in 2015 and never got a facelift. The menu is so annoying. Citibank app is really bad but in comparison it’s so much better than HDFC. Learn from Amex US app. Perfect experience

This app needs a minor modification

Once we do profile —> logoff, it should bring up “You have been logged off” screen. Instead it’s loading login page. I’m using iPhone 6s Plus. My finger print authorisation is loading again and logging in back.
