Easy to access but when something needs to be up dated this app won’t give you any time to do the update on your own time. This app forced me to update right before clicking in I was 20 minutes early by the way. Then when all was said and done I was 20 minutes late. It was infuriating. Hard to edit time of clock in.

The app has been logging me out, doesn’t recognize my security answers, the company does not send a text to chat when you choose that prompt when calling the 800 number for support, the company doesn’t help you when you call to deal to someone for tech support. They ask for the policy holder’s DOB and policy number which as a CG I’m not privy to. Anytime I call it is an issue. The service they’re providing is desperately needed, but their company policy for communication and support is flawed. The app is flawed. Other CGs didn’t have the same experience. This experience has become frustrating and unnecessarily time consuming.

It’s sometimes very disturbing when logging in, I had a very hard time yesterday, called the John Hancock office 3 times, the third person was very helpful. Though he couldn’t get it resolved. It’s a shame that these things happen, and whilst you login with past session, you are asked to do it with location even though you are still at the location. It’s frustrating sometimes.
