No se dejen engañar por los códigos de descuento iniciales. Todo parece ir bien hasta que realizas el envío; en ese momento, cambian la tasa a la tarifa regular sin previo aviso. Cuando intentas contactarlos para reclamar, simplemente se toman mucho tiempo y no dan una solución para emitir reembolsos más que esperar. No es una compañía confiable en absoluto. Es frustrante y solo te hacen perder el tiempo. ¡Busquen otra opción!Don't be fooled by the discount codes they offer. Everything seems fine until the transaction is processed; at that point, they switch the rate to the regular price without warning. When you try to reach out for a solution, they take forever responding and refuse to issue any refunds or give you a number with the cancelation. This is not a reliable company. It’s incredibly frustrating and a massive waste of time. Look elsewhere!

I don’t know how this app have so many good reviews… say that you have to send the money pretty urgent right? And you trust a company and the transaction was canceled… they take from 3 to 7 days to return the money to you! But the worst part honestly is their customer service, you try to find out the reason why it was canceled and they just say it was the system… no explanation no way to correct the error, advices, like Jum! We don’t know, good luck and goodbye… pretty hard to trust your money to a company that doesn’t resolve ANY of your doubts and keep your money for a week !
