I have been using smrtPhone for almost 2 years with Citrix Podio. The smrtPhone mobile app is such a life saver. The Podio app is not very user-friendly, so I use the smrtPhone app to have quick access to all my contacts, recent calls, and text messages. I write call notes and set dispositions that automatically sync back to my Podio so I don’t have to rely on my memory, and can trigger automations without a second thought. It’s totally seamless with my entire smrtPhone system and saves me from having to use my personal number for work. Everything that I need to keep business going when I’m away from my desk is right at my fingertips.

Unless it’s the version of the paid account my company uses, this app hardly does anything useful. I can’t access text threads. The text page is not consistently opening. There are no additional fields to save with contacts. For some reason, some numbers are not saving the contact name. No idea what’s going on there. The only good feature I see on the phone app is attaching MMS files, e.g. photos. However, in the Real Estate CRM we use, REISift, I cannot use MMS. No idea why not. I’m trying to account for what the reasons are for me being wrong that is independent of the app, and I come up with nothing. I use an iPhone 10. Not many apps are open. Have good wifi. So overall review is this app is terrible. It doesn’t even have the basics. I’m pretty sure I’m using a current version since I downloaded the app a few weeks ago. Hope that helps! The company doesn’t sound receptive to feedback in the exchanges I have had with them so far. SO, another strike.

We use OpenPhone and RingCentral with our businesses, and these guys are about 5-10 years behind on everything. The mobile app is like a 2002 Corolla with a stick shift. Bland and basic with almost no features.No group texting? What a joke. EVERYONE provides that but SmrtPhone. No contacts section? Cmon guys. Get it together. What kind of programmers did you guys find?We tried it because of the Podio integration, but that’s not enough to drive this old dusty used 2002 Corolla off the used car lot. We’ll be looking at other solutions.
