Avoid CJDropshipping at ALL COSTS. They will destroy your business by constantly delaying shipments from China. Deliveries are NEVER on time and I've had multiple instances where orders took 3 weeks to process, plus another 3 weeks to ship. Some of my customers waited 2 months to receive their order. They promise you everything at the beginning, and once you start bringing in orders and they can't handle the promised processing times, they will find excuse after excuse to delay your orders. Trust me, been there and experienced this every single time myself.Their "private" agents will also blame you for any issues, from delayed shipments to sending the incorrect item, and will never take any responsibility for their mistakes. I talked to an agent Phoebus who promised processing times of 3-4 days, screenshot the conversation, and my orders doesn't get processed 14 days later. I send him the screenshot of the convo later, and not one apology, but shifts the blame to me. And don't even get me started with the Lunar New Year orders. That's a whole separate issue that I can go on for weeks.This company will also cheap out on refunding you the $5 shipping cost when they send out the wrong item to your customers. My advice? Start disputing the payments with your credit card when CJ messes up or delays your shipment.Oh yea, and 100%, the reviews giving CJ 5 stars are fake. CJ pays dropship "influencers" to get those positive reviews.
