Description

Introducing the future of medicine, today. The EndeavorRx™ app is a first-of-its-kind attention treatment for children with ADHD, delivered through a video game experience. A world-class team of neuroscientists and award-winning game designers created EndeavorRx to directly target and improve attention and focus.

EndeavorRx is a digital therapeutic indicated to improve attention function as measured by computer-based testing in children ages 8-12 years old with primarily inattentive or combined-type ADHD, who have a demonstrated attention issue. Patients who engage with EndeavorRx demonstrate improvements in a digitally assessed measure (Test of Variables of Attention, T.O.V.A.®) of sustained and selective attention and may not display benefits in typical behavioral symptoms, such as hyperactivity. EndeavorRx should be considered for use as part of a therapeutic program that may include: clinician-directed therapy, medication, and/or educational programs, which further address symptoms of the disorder. It is not intended as a stand-alone therapeutic, nor is it a substitute for your child’s medication.

EndeavorRx™ requires a prescription from your child’s healthcare professional. You should contact your child's healthcare professional and review the important indications, safety and cautions in the Instructions for Use before deciding on using the EndeavorRx treatment. See Instructions for Use at: https://my.akili.care/akiliassist/endeavor-ifu

EndeavorRx has been evaluated in over 600 children across 5 clinical studies in ADHD.

EndeavorRx should be played for approximately 25 minutes a day, 5 days a week over the course of a 1-month treatment period or as directed by your child’s healthcare professional. At the end of the 1-month treatment period, your child may benefit from additional treatment, as directed by your child’s healthcare professional.

An EndeavorRx prescription includes the attention treatment as well as access to digital tools, support and resources to help you manage and understand your child’s treatment while supporting conversations with your child, healthcare professionals and teachers.

If your child experiences any side effects related to playing EndeavorRx (such as frustration, headache, dizziness, emotional reaction, nausea or aggression), stop the treatment and contact your child’s healthcare professional before resuming.

Way too complicated than it has to be

This child’s game is way too complicated for even some parents to understand why make it so hard to even create an account if this is a GAME and also why do you need our address? There isn’t a purpose too having it because this game is strictly for KIDS with adhd it would be easier if you were just to request a location from the user.

Developer Response ,

Hello URMUM.CON77, thanks for your feedback. The EndeavorRx treatment is not available just yet. This version of Endeavor is no longer permitting new users. If you'd like, you can visit GetEndeavor.com to sign up to be notified when your healthcare professional can prescribe EndeavorRx.

Based on flawed logic about ADHD

Adult with inattentive ADHD and a degree in Psychology. Played the demo. Graphics are nice, but the concept is based on flawed logic about ADHD. It's easy to pay attention to games for hours because they're so stimulating. It's difficult to pay attention to schoolwork for even a few minutes because it's not very engaging. Being good at the former in no way translates to being good at the latter.
