I have been a long time F& M customer, since they first opened in the Seal Beach branch. My mom was a lot younger and healthier and we used to love to go physically into the bank. As time has gone on it’s not so easy to take mom to the bank or to find a CNA to sit with her so that I can run over there. I went into the hole app and computer, technology situation, kicking and screaming. I was someone who would instead always having to call the bank, and give my information to find out what was going on with my account. Having the F & M app has made it so easy not only to see what I have in my accounts, but especially made it so quick and easy to transfer money in order to pay bills. It’s definitely made life so much simpler!

I have a checking’s & saving’s account with this bank. But it should have more customer service support. No 24 hour customer service support is not good. There’s Not even a toll free # to call for automated help, nor access to hear your your account information. I’m very disappointed in this non support for customers like me that work night’s. It’s frustrating because I forgot my user ID & I can’t get the help I need because my hours don’t start on a daily 9-5 or even after bank hours like 8pm - 8am not even automated… when your hour’s begin those are my sleeping hours. So when I start my day it’s after 7pm - 8am… & it’s hard for me to get my banking stuff done because I work nights like I forgot my online user name and I can’t do nothing about it because of no 24-7 customer service support… for many like me that don’t have normal hours like most. #justwishicangetmybankingbusinessdone24-7 #wenightworingpeopleneedautomatedcshelp #hopingformorecustomerservicephonesupport Sincerely Yours A Hard Working Nite Person With Different Hours Than Most! 8pm-8am Thank You Very Much! My husband and I have been Farmers & Merchant customers for 48 years. We appreciate that F&M was a-bit slower than some banking institutions jumping into offering full online banking services. We appreciate F&M’s highest standards of integrity in protecting our assets. The App is basically a mini version of the website so there is no re-learning in how to navigate its use. I am particularly happy knowing I have the best most safe trustworthy and easy way to send and receive money with Zelle. I highly recommend F&M’s brick and mortar banking and the app. Staff is professional, personable, polite, and best of all F&M feels like family.

FMB has been a good reliable bank for me. What surprises me is that the FMB mobile app is really well-designed … the user interface is sensible, easy to navigate, and very functional. Everything just works, even the Apple Face ID and Touch ID secure login works seamlessly. Smaller regional banks are the last place I’d expect to produce a SOLID tech-savvy mobile app. I mean, this app is so well made, you’d think that a tech company like Apple or Google wrote it. But nope. This came from a regional bank that most Americans have never heard of.
