I’ve used a lot of apps to help me in the lab but this one is the most complete an user friendly. They only thing missing is an Apple Watch app! Also I don’t know why when I put a stopwatch the timer doesn’t beep. It would be great to sync between the iPhone and the iPad so I don’t have to put custom solutions in both or put a stopwatch in both.
Literally A Must-Have App For Lab Techs and Researches of Any Level
Drguitarking
This is unbelievably useful. I absolutely HATE doing calculations on the fly, and almost always ruin whatever experiment/assay I’m doing because of it. Being able to save recipes and scale them as needed will be a life-saver! There are also so many resources within that save time by not having to look online.
Literally thank you

Do you know how much time I have wasted going back and forth from my bench to my desk to look up conversions or how to make a buffer...the limit does not exist. So far this app is 🔥🔥🔥. Can’t wait for all of the features to become available. PhD students everywhere will be so thankful.
I NEVER write ratings

This is hands down the best app I’ve ever used. Makes my upper level bio lab classes so much more of a breeze. Don’t have to waste time on conversions and can just get right to working. Please never take this app away!!!
Lab.Hacks 1.3.0 is our biggest update yet. The app was rebuilt from the ground up, and your saved recipes move over by themselves on the first start.
NEW LAB TOOLS
• Concentration Equalizer (Beta): bring a set of samples to one concentration and get the volumes for every tube.
• Pipetting Assistant (Beta): lay out a plate or a tube rack, then pipette well by well with sounds, notes and a progress view. Export your run as PDF and CSV.
• Mastermixes: save your mixes once and reuse them in every run.
LAB.HELPER
• Timer: run up to eight timers at once and give each one a name.
• Stopwatch and Counter in a new design.
• A redesigned buffer editor and a library of ready made buffers.
• Every tool has a short guide behind the question mark.
A FRESH LOOK
• Glass cards, a living background and smooth motion everywhere.
• Light or dark: choose your theme under Profile & settings.
• Meet the Unicorn. Seven tricks to discover, and it gallops by when a timer is done.
