App doesn’t allow me to apply rewards or coupons to any online orders- it keeps saying “unable to validate basket” when I have qualifying items. Lost so many coupons and rewards so frustrating I haven’t gone to eat there in months. Very disappointing.

They are offering a service for healthcare workers to receive free meals during coronavirus May 4-May 10 and certain locations allow ordering via the app. I downloaded it but once I launch the app, it gets stuck on the “Loading your smart experience” screen for a very long time. Never getting to the interactive home page.

It used to be good and I had placed few orders before and got 20%off discount and earned some reward points Then I couldn’t signed in anymore. When I reset my password, it asked to put my phone number in. Whenever I put my phone number in, it always says “the phone number has been taken “ 😤😤😤😤of course it’s been taken. It’s my phone number and I wanted to signed in. So I can’t use it anymore. I couldn’t order though the app or get the online order discount or earn rewards. Can someone work on the app fix that stupid bug/problem/error?

Several points that stick out:1. App is usable only in a few “participating” locations.2. Texas locations are not even in the list.3. Lee’s was our favorite sandwich store in San Jose. After our move to Texas, we found that neither Austin nor San Antonio have a Lee’s. We finally found one in Houston but it is not in the list. 4. The app is useless.
