Glofox pro app for iPad only works in portrait mode. Wrote to developers a month ago and after going around in circles several times to convince them their app only works in portrait mode on iPad, still nothing. Annoying and close to useless. Very glitchy.

Glofox has to be the worst company to deal with, can never speak with a supervisor, making changes to the system that is non sense rather then fixing the actual problems that benefit the paying client. For 5 months pictures should up horizontal, it was such a long process to upload pictures so we just stopped, they fixed the picture issue now but, I don’t know who’s great idea it was to NOT ask for address or force potential client to sign waiver, now we have to make potential client download our app and it then forces potential client to sign waiver. Glofox is so out of touch with with who’s important, even McDonald’s has better customer support then Glofox. ABC should be ashamed!!

Over $1,500 in charges were withdrawn from our business account without a clear or substantiated explanation. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, support responses were vague, deflective, and failed to provide any meaningful accountability.For a platform serving small businesses, this lack of billing transparency is deeply concerning. Clear communication and financial integrity are not optional—they are foundational.Given that Glofox operates under the same parent company as ABC Trainerize, this experience has raised broader concerns about trust, billing practices, and support across their ecosystem. We are now actively evaluating alternative platforms.

I’ve used a several gym softwares over the years that I’ve owned my gym and this one is by far the easiest to use. I love that I have the functionality on the go to manage things from my app while my computer isn’t accessible. So glad I made the switch to Glofox!!
