We’re excited to introduce a new EyezUP feature!   The new "For Myself" feature lets you set up EyezUP on your phone to automatically lock when you're driving over a speed you choose. You control how the app helps you stay focused while driving. • Driver and Passenger Modes: If you or your child are a passenger, you can now quickly set up a duration during which you or your teen’s phone will not lock. This ranges from 1 hour to indefinitely. Various prompts and notifications will let you know whether you are set as a Driver or a Passenger.
 • Improved Menus: Some menus have been revamped for easier use of the new and improved features. A new screen allows you to choose if EyezUP is used for your own or your child's safe driving.
 • Enhanced Notifications: Notifications for general operations and Tamper Alerts have been updated to be more efficient and meaningful. 
 • Browser Issue Fix: We have resolved an issue that caused problems if you were not using your phone’s default browser during setup.
 • Clearer Descriptions: We have updated descriptions of features to make their purpose and usage clearer. 
 • Sharing and Rewards: The process of sharing the app with others and earning Amazon Credits has been improved. 
 • User Guides: We have included multiple intro hints and mini tutorials to help new users get started and to help current users understand the new features. 
 • Feedback System: We have enhanced the feedback system within the app so you can easily provide input to help us improve EyezUP. 
 • Login and Logout Controls: We have implemented various controls for managing how you log in and out if you're using EyezUP for your own safe driving.

We are continuously working on improvements to make EyezUP more efficient in keeping your child safe. For this update we have done the following: • Improved the efficiency of how your Child’s device is locked while driving and fixed an issue where the phone would not lock or unlock under certain conditions. • Improved the management of current subscriptions for your convenience. • Improved the steps taken to clear your data when you choose to remove your account and data when you no longer need to use EyezUP. • Added additional notification when your account is closed, and your data removed from EyezUP. • Fixed an issue where some users were not able to reset their EyezUP password. • Incorporated a “Contact Us” feature in settings so that you can contact your EyezUP team easier should you need help with EyezUP. • Corrected a reported issue where users were not able to seamlessly install the profile that locks the phone while driving. • Revised the feedback to help you when connecting your EyezUP devices. Our development team has been busy, and we appreciate all the feedback and suggestions from our EyezUP users. We have worked on the following to keep EyezUP the best app for reducing distracted driving: • Improved Driving detection threshold with Apple’s Motion Data feature added to assist in detecting when the child is driving and when their phone should be locked. This prevents accidental phone locking while not driving. • Improved the timing on alerting the parent of child phone tampering with regards to Wi-Fi and cellular activity. Parents will no longer receive too many unnecessary alerts. • Added real-time High-Speed, and Total Driving Lock Time data on the parent and child devices statistics screen. • The Child Statistics screen displays speed data categorized by different time durations, such as the past 24 hours, the last 7 days, and the previous 30 days. Parents can adjust this in Settings >> Show Statistics. • Fixed an issue where the child’s phone disconnected and presented an Invalid Certificate Error message. • A Tamper Alert feature has been added to the Manage Device Screen to provide notifications in cases of tampering with either a single device or multiple connected devices. • Total Driving Lock Time has been revised to show hours and minutes. • Added an alert on the "MANAGE DEVICES" screen when the child turns off cellular data. • Improved Statistics accuracy. • Enhanced some User Interface screen designs for ease of use. • Improved the user experience when asking for feedback and suggestions. • Implemented a phone home screen badge count for missed Tamper Alert notifications. • Added a Tamper Alert notification screen to allow parents to track missed Tamper Alerts. • Parents will now be taken to the specific screen for the appropriate Tamper Alert. • Added Tamper Alert specific icons to help parents identify each Tamper Alert issue. • Modifications have been made to the cancellation and data deletion process. • The PIN field that was previously required when connecting an Android child device and an iOS Parent device has been removed. This is no longer required.

New and improved for 2023! The EyezUP app has been revamped to improve upon the already successful and most effective method of keeping our young drivers safe when behind the wheel. We have listened to the feedback from EyezUP users and have focused on what is most important for you the parent and your young driver when using the app to keep them focused and prevent distracted driving.
 Real-Time locking and responsiveness We have improved upon the effectiveness of the child’s phone locking while driving. The child’s phone will now instantly lock and remain locked seconds after they start driving. The child driver will be encouraged to remain focused on driving and not be distracted by their phone. There is also a timer to unlock after the child has stopped driving that you the parent can set. Improved and seamless tracking of your child driver We have now provided you the parent with an accurate, smooth, and intuitive map interface. Our updated app provides an enhanced navigation experience, allowing you to always know where your young driver is, what speed they are travelling at, and if their phone is locked or not. We also have improved on the way you identify your child driver(s).
 Improved setup and connectivity between Parent and Child devices Setting up the parent and child app on your phones is easier to follow and seamless. We encourage you to watch the short videos to prepare yourself and your child when setting up your phones.
 Easier management of your connected child devices We have improved vastly on how you view and manage your child’s devices from your parent phone. Each child is clearly presented, and you will also have clear and intuitive methods to Lock and unlock, Track, and access the settings for your child’s phone. Tamper alerts and notifications We have improved the way we help you keep your child safe. Activity on the child’s phone that prevents the app’s ability to lock the phone and keep your child driver safe will present them with a Tamper Alert warning and alert you as well. Additionally, our already easy to use menu has been refined to include only the features you need to have quick and easy access to. EyezUP is designed to be a tool that will help you manage your child’s distracted driving and to give you peace of mind when your child is on the road. To that end, we have made things easier to get to and easier to use. EyezUP is focused on one thing – Keeping our young drivers distraction free and focused while on the road. EyezUP is unique in that we have taken that control and responsibility away from the child and placed it with you the parent. This assures you that the app’s locking features cannot be stopped by the child driver who may tend to get distracted while driving.
