I recommended Kuda about a year ago that it’s a smooth platform, and it liable to use the interface is great and all. But all those are now to be put in questions cause I made a transaction last month which I cancelled and the platform in which I bought from sent a proof of payment refunds to me in which I already sent to Kuda via mail and in app chat all to no avail I was just getting we will see to it and give you feedback in a few days, few days is now turning into months now!!! This is becoming so frustrating cos I need to use my funds Kuda and team pls refund me, I know the money is there why is it not reflecting on my account?

You guys need to need fix the app because mostly it glitch sometimes and I do use take an overdraftbut whenever I repay all the money it took so long before the I see my remaining balance and it won’t allow me spend for example : I took overdraft three days ago and I pay all the overdraft since around 4pm today till now 11pm it can’t even refresh my balance so I spend money it very frustrating please guys please work on the app.And again when I started using Kuda I think that was 2024 I fill the address with the same place am living back meaning I don’t use any documents like Nepa bill etc…. Now I’ve changed location then this same app show I need to update my address which is I try the Nepa bill of we’re am living currently and they rejected it because the address on the Nepa bill was not the same I fill in back then so please how am I supposed to change the address with same address on my Nepa bill when you guys did not even allow someone to click the old address so I could change it perfectly. Omo una go lost a lot of customers very soon unless you people fix all the damage that is wrong with the app

Stuck in Verification Limbo - 2 Months and Counting!

I initially downloaded the Kuda app with high hopes, attracted by its promises of seamless banking. The initial sign-up process was relatively smooth, and I successfully verified myself within the app. However, it has now been two months since my account entered the "under review" status, and there has been absolutely no progress.This prolonged verification period is incredibly frustrating and has rendered the app unusable for me. I cannot access the features or transact, which defeats the entire purpose of having a Kuda account.A two-month verification period for an essential banking service is simply unacceptable. It reflects poorly on Kuda's operational efficiency. I urge the Kuda team to address this issue urgently and provide a clear timeline for account activation. Until then, I cannot recommend this app to anyone looking for reliable and prompt banking services.Current Rating: 1/5 stars (Would be higher if account was active)

The worst online bank I’ve ever used

This is the worst online bank I’ve ever used, please avoid this bank by all means. It’s been 3 days since I made a transfer to someone to his PalmPay account and the person is yet to receive and Kuda know very that the transaction is not successful but they keep stressing me and they can’t even make a reversal for the past 24 hours. This is the worst online bank ever used, they keep telling you they are working it and still no resolution because they know you will keep asking and get tired and then the money will become theirs, these people are scammers and thieves, avoid this bank by all means necessary, I wish I had known earlier. This is my business money and for the past three days, no sales for me and customers are all complaining just because of this useless bank. Karma is what this bank shall Face for all the people they have used this same method to scam, they will surely get their justice
