Not enough account information. I thought this app was supposed to give me a total of what I owe from month to month, but it doesn't even have any information about my payment account. It does have my upcoming appointment.

This app is ridiculous. For some reason it does not ever remember my login info- making me start over each time I try to use it (which is not very often) and it takes multiple tries to get it to create a new account every time- Then when I do finally get in, the appointments etc are in there. 🤷‍♀️. Why do I have to spend 30 minutes trying to get in any time I want to use this??! I use lots of apps every day and can’t think of another one that even comes close to working so poorly.

Great way for me to securely communicate with my doctor and receive information from them as well. I don’t have to call the office to check my appointments. I can also text them from the app securely and upload a picture by text if needed

Terrible. I cannot log in to a prior account - when I request a new password, it does not have a record of a prior account. So, I created a new account and I cannot get a verification email to activate a new account. I have requested numerous “new verification codes” but it never arrives. I have checked all email accounts I own, all junk/spam folders - nothing. No tech support options to contact.
