Can only login to my account at first login after install. Fails to login at every subsequent attempt. Each time I need to access my account I have to delete the app and reinstall it. Numerous email to DKB support but all they do each time is reset my online account
Does not work without calling customer service

Installed and activated with sms, worked for 5 min then said that it needs to be unlocked by customer service. More than 2 week of waiting, 1 email and 3 times their form filled in with only 1 abysmal reply I finally called. 20 min waiting, then a friendly person telling me to uninstall and reinstall as they need to send the exact minute of installation and the phone model to their IT department to unlock. Ridiculous for an app to need this but if you find yourself in that situation the only way is to call as they also need your account info - and of course you can’t do secured uploads because you’ve been locked out.
An important feature is missing from the app.

The application has been very well polished recently, BUT it lacks a very important function that is available in other banking applications. This function is located where the amount of money was written off from the account, in case the money was written off from my account illegally or by mistake, there should be such a function (button) to return the money back to my account. In many banking applications this function has existed for a long time.

Unfortunately have to use it as a private cutomer since June 2012. Bank switched to wokism and a terrible AI module, unable to respond with precise answers. Mandated, forced switch to App late Sept. 2024. Worked fine for two (2) weeks. However following Apple software upgrade neither biometric (fingerprint) nor passwort were accepted. Locked out since 17. Oct. 24 and unable to get Support. Send twelve {12} e-mails. AI accknowledged receipt, but non of the promised replies reached us. Only after costly sending Overseas mail received a call and could log into acct for twenty-four (24) hours. Locked out anew.
