Works, but could be better

App has consistently improved although there still needs to be better implementation of SSLVPN to avoid random disconnects and/or initial connection issues. Integration with FortiToken also requires more attention. All in all, IOS version is less reliable than desktop app.

Constantly booting us out

I don’t know if it’s hard to set up or if overall the app is horrible. Our company switched to this a week ago and it is extremely frustrating. Even when actively doing tasks we get booted. Turn your back for a minute or two, you are booted. I have even had the VPN icon on in the corner and work apps still wouldn’t work and I would have to go open FortiClient again, let it close itself out and start again. Someone I know kept getting booted out of meetings, too. Would not recommend.

Always going down. Constant issues when compared to our previous VPN software. We are told it's a better VPN, but we haven't seen it from a user reliability perspective.

This update makes it impossible to even turn the VPN on. And every method I read to fix it says to turn it off, turn it on, or turn my phone off and then turn it on again. I don’t have time for this when I’m on a traffic stop and have to go thru this whole rigmarole just to do my job. This app is awful.

- Resolved an issue where SSL VPN with Azure SAML authentication was not working on iOS 26.5. - Added support for subnets in FortiClient on-net public IP rules. - Fixed Google SSO authentication failures in SIA. - Fixed the blank screen displayed after SSO authentication when connecting to SASE IKEv2 (SIA Tunnel). - Fixed a telemetry connection failure after a network restart when onboarding was required. - Other bug fixes and stability improvements.
