No scheduling

No ability for end user to schedule the app on or off. Hourly employees cannot use this app otherwise we have to compensate them for the calls received. If they hit DND they have to remember to turn off DND, which causes issues of not being able to reach them.

Stop Breaking The App

This app is great when it works. Allows our people to work from home or on the road and still make and take calls like they’re in the office. Seems like every single time there’s an app update it breaks inbound calling to the app. About a week ago after the app update inbound calling to the app stopped working yet again. I also updated our FortiVoice to the latest version and it still doesn’t work. Please, please, please stop breaking this app, seriously. People use this for business operations.

The FortiVoice logs show the push notifications being sent successfully, but the app never rings.

Find a different app

This app… my goodness! Its so bad when it comes to actual connectivity and useful ability. There are way better options in this market than fortifone. If your company is thinking about using this app have them read this review… If you want to deal with phone calls failing get this app If you want to deal with setups that dont work for 3 weeks leading up until the entire company signs up for the app, this app is for you If you love. pain get this app Have a great day fortifone
