Meetings are now in the Trainual app — run better meetings from anywhere. What's new: • Meetings tab: see your upcoming, live, and past meetings in one place • Clear agendas and talking points: prep before you walk in, reorder topics, and edit descriptions on the go • Calendar import: connect your calendar and choose which meetings to bring into Trainual • Join in one tap: a "Ready to join" shortcut for meetings happening now, with an early-start option • Stay in the conversation: comments and reactions on meeting items • Meeting info at a glance: time, guests, and conferencing details • Push notifications so nothing slips Also included: bug fixes and design polish.

A redesigned navigation bar, and much more. GETTING AROUND - The bottom navigation bar has an updated look and behavior. - Search has moved to the top of Training, where it is easier to reach. - Your profile menu now slides up from the bottom. - Polished throughout: clearer icons and consistent title fonts. YOUR BRAND COLORS, EVERYWHERE - Your account's color now carries through the app the way it does on the web, including inside step content: code snippets, quote blocks and checklists. - Web addresses in link and file cards are easier to read. TRAINUAL AI - Result cards no longer come back as garbled text. - The chat scrolls to your message as you send it. - The thinking indicator animates again, and the summary of what the assistant did now appears on the reply you are reading. - Rating an answer shows that it is being saved. - A chat that never got a reply no longer sits pinned at the top of your history. - Sending feedback on an answer works reliably. READING AND WATCHING - Embedded PDFs and Drive files sit in a normal block, with no wide empty gap underneath. - Long documents are no longer cropped partway down. - Loading placeholders no longer cover the button at the top of a page. Plus smaller fixes across notifications, settings and profiles.

Trainual AI got a big update in this release, alongside a long list of fixes across the app. AI ASSISTANT - Answers stream in as they're written, so you can start reading straight away. - A redesigned welcome screen suggests useful prompts based on your account. - Watch the assistant work — it shows the steps it took and the sources it checked. - Results come back as rich cards for people, subjects, files and other content. - Choose which sources a chat is allowed to use; your selection sticks when you come back to it. - Copy any answer, or rate it with a thumb up or down and tell us what went wrong. - Long questions collapse behind "read more", and a jump-to-latest button keeps you on the newest reply. - If a request fails, an inline banner lets you retry without leaving the conversation. - Sharper formatting throughout — proper lists, headings and emphasis. SUBJECTS, STEPS AND FILES - Save a file to your device from the file screen, where downloads are allowed. - Steps containing comments no longer open blank. - Wide tables scroll sideways again. - PDFs register as complete once you reach the last page. - Courses show completion progress as you work through them, and recover in place if one fails to load. - Clearer messages when content has been deleted or isn't assigned to you. FASTER, CALMER LOADING - Pages fill in with placeholders while they load instead of a bare spinner — on Home, subjects, tests and profiles. - Pull-to-refresh now shows what it's doing. SIGNING IN - One-time code entry fixed: pasting, backspace and cursor position all behave. - Password autofill works again. Plus dozens of smaller fixes across People, notifications, settings and custom terminology, and a fix for a crash when opening the camera during E-signing on iOS.
