Landing Host 4+

I like working for Landing. I’ve been cleaning for a while so the work is easy and straightforward imo. The company and app are not without faults but HQ works with you to resolve any issues. I feel they pay well. Smaller, less complicated jobs pay less of course. But I’ve made good money working less than part time. I really don’t have any issues with Landing

I had a job for $30
To pick up matters covers; now this is an easy task however got to the key box and no fob!!! Message CS no resolution. Mind you I walk to the front to ask them to help me gain access after about 6 mins of her looking on her map and I say I have the key here but there is no fob so I can cross the courtyard. I give her the apt number, landing CS still no help. She walks me to the opposite side and I repeat the apt number, she said this is the way. After 10 mins I made to the same court yard I was in earlier and the building I was trying to get into was still closed. Now I had to stand there for 20 mins until I saw someone who lived there. I asked them to let me in and thank god they did. I then had to h make the bed to only remake the bed. Now I am late to pick up my kid from school. So here I am now message CS about my fustration she told me I should have read the task 🤔. Where in the task did it say no fob you will spend an hour trying to get into the building. If I knew all this I would have not take the job. That was not worth $30!! No organization or real support on this task. First time ever dealing with this.

I had applied here seeing they posted a job opening with $900/week, seemed decent for the job and with my cleaning experience I applied and got in. Only to find each job only pays $30-$50 for the whole job. Meaning I’d have to do 22-24 jobs a week, and work over 60 hours a week. Ridiculous. The thing is, these jobs are rarely posted, 75% of the time I check for jobs there aren’t any, and when they are available it’s not even worth the money, or taken quickly by someone else. Waste of time to apply and go through the whole process of watching training videos, and on top of that it took them two weeks to approve me. Unless you want a quick $30-$40 here and there that you can’t cash out until the end of the week, don’t fall for this. They really need to update their job advertisements, if they want people who will actually take the jobs to work for them.
