Organize shopping and packing lists
Create a list for each purpose and set its color, icon, and sort order. Check off finished reminders, and see reminders from all your lists together in the Today and All views. Drag and drop reminders to move them to another list.
Manage due dates on the calendar
See work deadlines and everyday errands on the in-app calendar. Drag a reminder to another date to change its due date.
See today's reminders in widgets and notifications
On iPhone and iPad, show today's reminders or a list of your choice in widgets on the Home Screen and Lock Screen. The Up Next widget shows the reminder with the nearest due date, and you can complete reminders right from a widget. Get a notification at the time you set for each reminder. Widgets are also available on Mac.
Add reminders quickly, find them later
Create reminders and open a list with Siri and Shortcuts. On iPhone and iPad, you can also add reminders from Control Center and the Lock Screen. Find your reminders with in-app search and Spotlight.

This is exactly the app I was desperately searching for. My husband and mother as well as myself have so many appointments w/all regular care doctors and the numerous specialists we all have to see often. The work schedule is fantastic for me. It allows me to write out what exactly I will be working towards the day of. I can be as detailed oriented as I wish without sounding to wordy if others saw my notes. I learn best the kinesthetic way (physical). I have to physically write a step by step process of anything I am going to be attempting. ADHD has tossed in all sorts of roadblocks but this app helps me to Bob and weave to miss the “rocks” hurling at my head with the speed of light. Thanks for creating this helpful and easy to operate and figure out from the Gen X folks out there.

Exactly what I dreamed of in a to do list app-- just one thing!

The ONLY thing I can think of that would make it even better is the ability to click and drag tasks under the same list and due at the same time on top of/below each other in order of personal preference. For example, if I have 3 tasks that are due at 11:59 on a Friday, the "Scheduled" list seems to put them in a random order. In reality, I may want task #1 to be above task #3, and task #2 below both of those. They may all be due at the same time, but I want to organize them by importance.

I have A.D.D. which makes writing absolutely everything down a necessary thing, otherwise I’ll forget it all. I have used many, many apps to help organize myself but often little things like color options or list layouts just don’t work for my brain. ToDo has been exactly what I need. Particularly, the ability to list things by name and color as well as utilizing little icons has been hugely helpful. I recommend this app to folks who need help organizing but perhaps need that extra stimulation or variety to remain engaged.

I find this app very easy to use. However, this app needs one more feature that a lot of people might want to use. This app should have an Apple watch app. This will be easier for everyone because it is easier to view your tasks on something that is on your wrist rather on your iPhone or your iPad. Overall, this app is very good and matches my needs.
