Just because you’re not at your desk, it doesn’t mean your brain is not working. Now you can add and update items as soon as they come to your mind. In Infinity’s mobile version, items are working as tap-friendly cards so you can quickly open them to view or update them.

Infinity was built to help you organize any type of data. The mobile app makes sure to offer the same flexibility. Just like in our web version, you can build and shape your items with 15 custom attributes that will allow you to create to-do lists, CRM, databases, or anything else you need.

All changes in Infinity happen in real-time. Whenever you update your data, everyone on the team will be able to see it. Plus, as soon as you assign somebody to a task or mention them in a comment, they will receive a notification.

Infinity boasts versatile customization options that let you adjust the way you view your data. In our mobile app, you’ll be able to filter your data, group items by labels and sort them. You’ll be able to save each view you create and quickly switch between your custom views.

If you don’t want to create a board from scratch, you can speed things up by loading one of our 40+ templates or importing your data from Trello. You can also import a table from CSV when creating a new folder.

Great software and good app

We were using
and my only real complaint was the price. We hesitated to really use it and put our entire operations on it in case we ever deviated from it. This software removes that hesitancy and has become our entire company’s operations. Thank you! I bought the enterprise lifetime deal so that it can grow with the company. Can’t wait for the automations to roll out

Pretty Raw but Improving

Full disclosure: We bought their expensive enterprise plan in anticipation that this product is going to get better over time.

The company has only been around a year but is making an impressive start. They’re based in Serbia and are pretty secretive about how many customers they have, cash flows, etc. but I suspect that they’re having the usual cash flow problems associated with any startup anywhere in the world.

The product is pretty raw right now but seems to be on the right track. There are annoying things such as calendar configurability issues (week start continuous scrolling), the inability to set project-centric things like dependencies/constraints, work days, etc. and a bunch of other things but they have a fairly comprehensive roadmap of where they are headed—including building an API (which should solve a bunch of problems). Reading through their forums, they have quite a few customers using (and excited about using) the product which is definitely a key to success.

Security caveat: because they’re so tight-lipped, and they don’t have stated policies, I’d be a little concerned about information security. So I probably wouldn’t use Infinity to store actual confidential data just yet. Just saying.

If they keep going the way they are going, they could well give the “big guys” (Monday, Asana, Trello, etc.) a run for their money. So our cautious recommendation would be to take a chance on them. We did.

Amazing Program & Now is the Time

I was in the market for an online database. TapForms & Ninox are good programs — but I wanted something more modern & universally accessible. I turned to AirTable first. I liked it very much — but, to be a full member with all the options, the cost is $240 per year, even with the annual payment option — or about $300 per year when paid monthly. Then, I found Infinity. It is clear that Infinity is aiming for the AirTable market. It is pretty much the same thing. Yes, Infinity is still a work in progress — but all the most important features are already done. There is a roadmap projecting all the remaking features for completion this year. I am confident these goals will be achieved since the roadmap is completed up to the present. The regular price for Infinity is about half the cost of AirTable — but if you act now, there is a promotion offering a lifetime deal starting at $99. I chose the plan that is one step up front the basic plan — offering more workspaces and storage space for only $149 for a lifetime. There are plans above that going all the way up to an Enterprise Plan if you need a mammoth amount of space or have a lot of members. I’m sure this promotion won’t last long — so now is the time to act.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that Infinity has the only iPad app that is full-featured and just like working online. AirTable’s iPad app is a very limited viewer — but Infinity’s iPad app offers a full experience — and the iPhone app is also quite nice.
