You can now set two goals per workout session! Workout Dice now allows for low intensity if desired!

You can now mix bodyweight, dumbbells, and/or stretching into the same session. You can now set a goal for the session based on: Time, Calories, Rolls, or Reps The interface is rebuilt.

4.0 is a HUGE Update!!  Workout Dice now includes Stretching Dice and Dumbbell Dice. There are now over 40 bodyweight exercises, 22 Dumbbell exercises, and 25 stretches! Haptic feedback and optional sound for every roll of the dice.

Intensity Adjustment Intuitive Design New Menu Layout

You can now adjust the intensity before beginning the workout. This will adjust the average amount of reps per roll.

Still super simple, but with some extra features. Now, you are able to save your workout sessions to compare to previous or later sessions. You can also skip a roll; the counts will reflect it was skipped and you will get a new roll.
