Good, but subscription is unfortunate

I’m a mental health professional and was recommending this app to clients, but I work with low income populations so I can’t anymore unfortunately. It’s a shame because i really liked the simplicity of it.Update: developer reached out to me and provided support to help my clients get access. Big thanks to him!!! Phenomenal app, well worth the subscription.

Was recommended to try progressive muscle relaxation and so happy I found this app. Really well done, not too long and very soothing voice. Also like that it's so simple and showing me how many sessions I completed.

Not worth it for a subscription

When I downloaded this app, the developer had not yet added the subscription limitation. Unfortunately, although the app is well-done, it is way too simplistic for a recurring subscription. I would be willing to pay a small one-time charge but too many other subscription based apps offer way more features.

I just downloaded the app and originally tried the two minute PMR and then wanted to see the five minute PMR and they were exactly the same. Only works on making fists. Not much of a progressive muscle relaxation session (coming from a healthcare professional)

The sessions cover most body parts, not just the fists. This is a hobby/passion project and I wish I had more time/resources to make this app more comprehensive. 2-stars would have been nice 😉
