I imported a vehicle from Australia to the US, and it was an awfully long process that required loads of patience. The ShipAtlas app allowed me to keep an eye on the vessel carrying my vehicle, and it was quite fun watching it sail to ports around the world. I had an issue where my notifications weren’t coming through so I messaged the support team. They responded immediately and fixed the problem completely in a day or two, all while being informative and very friendly to chat with. This is truly a fantastic app with an even better dev team. 10/10.

Tracking boat

This app has been amazing. My boyfriend is out in Alaska for a few months fishing on a boat and I can track his boat (for my own piece of mind) and it shows the weather conditions, how far away they are from whatever port you want to check, it updates fairly fast and shows how long they’ve been out to sea. I recommend this app 100%. Very very happy with the outcome of it.

This app is very helpful as I like to track the current ship my son is on. The app always seemed to have the most up to date location of the vessel every time I checked.

Developer changed the standard plan options that i paid for into a premium plan that cost more money. I paid for these option when i purchased the standard plan and suddenly they are no longer available because i dont have the premium plan. Developer sees no issue with demanding more money for services i already agreed to and paid for. This is unethical and beware of what they will do next do you. Avoid at all cost. This program with the standard plans $120 provides less than a free marine traffic account. Steer clear of this oneResponse after developer response.This is not true. I have been requesting a refund immediately after the update. No refund given. I purchased one service and they changed it to another. Thieves and now liars

We're sorry to hear about your experience and would like to clarify your concerns.Regarding the subscription plan changes—we updated our plans in July 2024 (about six months ago) and notified our users via email in advance. At that time, users who requested refunds were accommodated accordingly.Additionally, with the ShipAtlas Standard plan, you can view up to five satellite AIS positions of vessels simultaneously—significantly more (and at a much lower cost) than any other vessel tracking application currently offers.We hope this addresses your concerns and provides clarity on the changes.
