This app is horrible, not only does it barely function but the core promise of AI supported expenses is a flat out lie. Would you like to spend hours finding missing receipts that you know you attached, correcting the most obvious mistakes the AI gets? (wrong date, wrong expense category, wrong currency, etc.)How about a system that is so unintuitive we had to make our own training on how to “game” the system just to make it functional?I don’t know how they’re connected to UBS, but combine those two and you’re in for some real pain. I just hope whatever kickbacks are going to our executives justifies the hours of wasted time.I never thought I would consider quitting a company over their expense management software, but Yokoy has nearly pushed me to the edge.

Every update makes it worse. It’s clear as day that the team/person who made this has not used their own app or other expensing apps because first use in this app you’d recognize the glaring UI issues.

My colleagues are using this and have a very different and great interface. Fir me the app does not work. Main issue is that the bottom of the screen does not show so it is not possible to save or submit the expense. Maybe it is because they downloaded from the Swiss App Store and I am connected to the US App Store. We are all running it on iPhones. Why the difference?

Who ever designed this app has no clue what they are doing. And every update they just keep making it worse and worse. And why is it that American Airlines receipt never ever matches? Always have go and manually match.
