Love this product, but - Still buggy on the AI summary generator. BUT - When the AI summary does work, though, it is EXCELLENT! I love the summary paragraph, chapter detail and action items. I can’t believe how it is able to make sense of even the most chaotic team meeting agendas!! Is there a way to have all new transcripts AND SUMMARIES emailed to me? Can’t find a way to automate this- seem to have to go to export or copy and paste commands. Other than that, which i hope will be fixed in future updates, this is the best product out there - even better than Otter (which does not do summaries or action items). Go Notta!!!

For some reason after I pay for the pro plan, the subscription does not affect my usual account but instead you have given to my guest account so I cannot find my account to login eventually maybe after a couple days the problem solved after I contact the customer service by email.

I purchased the Notta app in order to translate and transcribe meetings from Spanish to English in real time. I tested out the feature, which was great. I subscribed to the pro plan service. Thereafter each time I tried to use the live translate feature. It said that I was out of the quota and then it would renew the next month. I purchase scription and have not been able to use a single one for translation. I sent them an email with no response after two weeks and sent them another email with no response to date. The app or other evident way of getting in touch with them very disappointing.
