If u are watching live it’s a good app. If not….. you can’t start from the beginning if you come in late so u have to hit mute so u don’t heart the score, and then close your eyes while you rewind to the beginning, and then fast forward through the preshow to get to the game….. also if u are not watching live and the game ends in real time it’s time to close your eyes and rewind again because it kicks u out with an error…And don’t think about leaving the app to look at anything else or guess what???? Yup, close your eyes and rewind again and then fast forward again. This must be how they sell it to advertisers. Not cool man

I’m a MFFL! This app just doesn’t do it for me. Wish it would have the game play by play with players who are actively on the court and just more realistic. Wish they had the game option to hear it through the radio on 103.3 ESPN. Wish you could see other NBA stuff on there if need be just to do more research. Wish they would show injury reports and line ups. The app is buggy when I click on players it freezes out. Just needs a lot of work.Glad there is a MAVS app tho

It amazes me how a billion dollar corporation can have such a horrible app. I show tickets from December on one of the phones I have the app on. On my regular phone all of January shows and it won’t update. I deleted, as I’ve been instructed to do before, and now none of my tickets show and there is an error to refresh. The web works, even though it’s as slow as dial-up. How in the world is the data in the wrong format and cannot be read? Time for a new development team or new company to build a better app. Also, you click on app support and it goes to the main Mavs page. My kids could make a better app.

If you try using the app to watch the games after they have started or after they’re over then you’re out of luck. Not only does the score immediately pop up when you open the app, but after you’ve paid $125 for the streaming service you can’t even log in to it it just spins and spins and never loads to let you log in. Biggest waste of $125 I have ever spent. Used to watch every game back and Bally and still try to but they make it impossible for someone to watch a game if you have a life and don’t watch it live as it’s happening.
